Returns & Refunds

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind.

We offer a free reprint or refund for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products
• Significant print quality issues

All claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Please contact us at hello@scratchandpeckco.com and we'll make it right.

Sizing Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues.
